As an avid traveler and gastronomic hedonist, most of my literary attention is directed to, well, travel and gastronomic hedonism. The best way to understand a place and its people is by getting low to the ground and experiencing where they live and what they eat as authentically as possible.  It isn’t always fun, but it is always interesting.  So I’m here to see it, smell it, taste it and write about it....
